We run a modern fleet of 14 power units — side dumps and belly dumps — maintained to the highest safety and operational standards. Our routes are entirely local, covering the Treasure Valley from Nampa and Caldwell to Boise and the surrounding construction corridors. Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record and no recent major drug or alcohol violations.
Experience with side dumps, belly dumps, or heavy machinery preferred. We accept 18+ drivers with prior agricultural, gooseneck trailer, or parent/family business training.
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday. Ability to work up to 60 hours per week (with overtime rates applying) and occasional weekends when demand spikes.
